"Together with RIK Assistans we strengthen our presence in northern Sweden, and we look forward to developing and expanding the business with our new colleagues going forward." RIK Assistans is based in Härnösand. The company's annual revenue is approximately SEK 65 million and it has around 150 employees.  "RIK Assistans and Humana complement and strengthen each other, both geographically and operationally. We will continue to be involved in the further development and expansion of our joint operations," said Anne Wigren, CEO of RIK Assistans. Humana has entered an agreement to acquire all the shares in RIK Assistans AB.
