<div class="abstract">Hufvudstaden has successfully completed its first issue of green bond loans totalling SEK 1 billion within the framework of the existing MTN program, which was recently increased to SEK 12 billion.</div>The bond loan was issued with a term of 5 years with the maturity October 14, 2026 and runs with an annual fixed interest rate of 1.293%. The issue proceeds will be used in accordance with Hufvudstaden's green framework."We are very pleased with the positive reception of our first green bond.
