Herantis Pharma Plc is a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing disease modifying therapies for Parkinson’s disease. Yeah, exactly. In principle, it goes like this: In the analysis, a required rate of return (WACC) is given to the shares. If the difference between the current share price and the target price is > the required rate of return, then the recommendation is positive. If the difference is < WACC, then the recommendation is negative. The study demonstrated a favorable safety and tolerability profile, well aligned with the previous pre-clinical and clinical data. These results provide further confidence in the compound’s suitability for long-term administration and represent another important milestone on the path towards a Phase 2 clinical efficacy trial. “The successful completion of this long-term toxicology study marks another important step forward for our HER-096 program”, said Henri Huttunen, CSO of Herantis Pharma. “Together with the positive results from our Phase 1b trial, we now have a comprehensive safety and pharmacokinetic dataset that provides a strong foundation for advancing HER-096 into Phase 2 clinical development.
