<div class="mfn-body"><p>HAKI Safety has finalised the divestment of Landqvist Mekaniska Verkstad, the remaining portfolio company from the group’s time as a conglomerate. The buyer is the Swedish industry group Opima. The total purchase price amounts to SEK 70 M on a debt-free basis, including customary working capital adjustments, of which SEK 20 M is an additional purchase price based on the company’s financial performance in 2025. The transaction will not have any significant impact on the group's profit after tax. The group's cash flow and net debt will be affected positively by the amount corresponding to the purchase price.</p><p>Landqvist Mekaniska Verkstad is a mechanical engineering company specialising in metal machining and contract manufacturing, primarily serving Swedish industries. In 2024, it had annual sales of approximately SEK 78 M and an operating profit of SEK 9 M.
