The Board will immediately initiate a recruitment process to find a new Group CEO. Sonny Mirborn will continue to work as Group CEO during the notice period. &nbsp; "There is rarely a good time to leave a position and assignment such as this, but I believe that this is the right time to leave, as the company has made a transformation towards a European well-balanced group. Alcadon currently shows good control over cash flows, has well-functioning decentralised leadership and significant structural capital. In other words, it is a good opportunity for a new Group CEO to continue the journey of profitable growth. Leaving Alcadon was a difficult decision and I am convinced that the company still has its best days ahead".
