<div class="abstract">Newly appointed board member, Lt. Colonel Hasse Resenbro, ramping up time dedicated to GomSpace. Henrik Kølle will step down from his position on the Board of Directors.</div>Following the recent Annual General Meeting, Hasse Resenbro has been appointed as a non-executive director of GomSpace Group AB. His appointment brings significant defense sector expertise at both the European and global levels, further strengthening the Board's strategic capabilities.
