<pre>Oslo Børs has taken the decision to place GNP Energy AS in the Penalty Bench, cf. section 3.8.3 (1) of the Euronext Growth Oslo Rulebook II. GNP Energy AS is placed in Penalty Bench due to failure to comply with Euronext Growth Oslo Rulebook II section 3.12.2 - public disclosure of the annual report with effect from 02.06.22. Penalty Bench is a special compartment where the securities of Issuers that does not comply with the Rules are placed. Oslo Børs will remove a security from the Penalty Bench and allocate the security to the normal compartment when the issuer has corrected the violation of the Rules that was the reason for allocating the security to the Penalty Bench. </pre>
