Gigante SalmonAS, has sold 10 000 000 shares in Gigante Salmon AS at an average
price of NOK 11.5 per share. Following the transaction, Gigante havbruk AS holds
54 238 000 shares in Gigante Salmon AS, corresponding to an ownership of 51.38
%.
