This follows today's decision by the AGM to appoint Lars Corneliusson as executive Chairman of the Board.</div>&nbsp;Henrik Carlborg has worked at Ferronordic since 2013. He joined as General Counsel and has worked as Business Development Director and Deputy CEO since 2017. Henrik was a driving force behind Ferronordic's expansion into the US and has been primarily responsible for the development of Ferronordic's US operations.&nbsp;Ferronordic's Chairman, Lars Corneliusson, comments:"The Board is very pleased to see Henrik Carlborg step up from Deputy CEO to become President and Group CEO. This will secure a smooth transition of leadership. Henrik and I have worked closely for many years. He is well respected within the Group and among our partners and customers and has played a key role in Ferronordic's expansion to the US.
