<div class="mfn-preamble"><p><strong>Fasadgruppen expands its operations in the Copenhagen region through the acquisition of the façade business Stenklint A/S.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>Stenklint was founded in 2009 and is based in Valby outside Copenhagen. The company is specialising in façade renovations, window replacements and project management, and it has extensive experience as a main contractor in connection with renovation projects. Stenklint has 22 full-time employees, and for the financial year 2021/22, its revenues amounted to approximately DKK 25 million.</p><p>Peter Andersen, Business Area Manager of Fasadgruppen Denmark, said: “With its strong reputation, skilled employees and many satisfied customers, Stenklint becomes yet another great addition to Fasadgruppen in Copenhagen, where we are now further strengthening our market position. We look forward to welcoming the Stenklint team, sharing best practice and performing new projects together. "</p><p>Lars Bonde Lindberg, CEO of Stenklint, said: “Ever since the start, we have focused on creating value for our customers by combining traditional craftmanship with the latest technology. We are now looking forward to becoming part of a larger context and cooperating with the other companies of Fasadgruppen.”</p><p>Fasadgruppen is using existing cash to finance the acquisition. The seller has undertaken to re-invest part of the purchase price by acquiring existing shares in Fasadgruppen within the next 30 trading days for an amount corresponding to DKK 5 million. The shares bought under the re-investment are subject to a lock-up commitment for 24 months.
