<div class="abstract"><p>Ambea AB (publ) ("Ambea") today announces that senior executives and key employees in Ambea have chosen to exercise 291,575 warrants in Ambea's incentive program 2021/2024 for subscription of 291,575shares in Ambea.</p></div><p>Fifteen senior executives and key employees have chosen to make full use of the opportunity to subscribe for shares in Ambea's long-term incentive program 2021/2024 by exercising warrants. A total of 291,575 warrants have been exercised, each of which entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share in Ambea at a subscription price of SEK 77.90 per share, corresponding to 115 percent of the average volume weighted price of Ambea's closing price ten (10) trading days following the annual shareholders' meeting 2021. As a result, Ambea will receive approximately SEK 22.7 million in cash.</p><p>To finance the share subscription, some of the warrant holders have sold in total 269 901 shares at a value of approximately SEK 26.2 million. The sale of the shares was carried out through Carnegie Investment Bank (publ) in the market. To facilitate the transaction, an existing shareholder has lent 269 901 shares in Ambea to these warrant holders, who have undertaken to return these shares without delay as soon as practically possible after the share subscription has been registered.</p><p>The information was submitted for publication, through the agency of the contact person set out below, on 8 November 2024.</p>
