Reference is made to stock exchange notice of 16 October 2025, where Endúr ASA
("The Company") announced its plan to prolong a share buy-back program ("The
Program") pursuant to the authorization granted by The Annual General Meeting.
In week 47 2025, The company purchased 10,149 shares at an average price of NOK
83.4895 per share. An overview of the transactions, and a detailed specification
of each individual trade, are attached to this announcement.
After these transactions, The Company owns a total of 279,187 shares,
corresponding to 0.55 % of The Company`s total registered share capital.
The total number of shares acquired during the buy-back program is 780,995. The
weighted average share price is NOK 66.8186 for a total amount of NOK 52 184
974.
