Edda Wind ASA: Sudri Enabler charter contract update

Edda Wind
Haugesund, 21 June 2024: Edda Wind ASA ("Edda Wind" or the "Company") is pleased
to announce that it has entered into a time charter contract for Sudri Enabler
(the "Vessel") with a large international Engineering, Procurement, Construction
and Installation (EPCI) contractor (the "Client"). The Vessel is scheduled to be
delivered from yard at the end of June 2024 and following commissioning and
testing, the Vessel will go straight into operation for Client. The charter
contract has a duration until Q2 2025 and is at rates which supports the
Company's view on strong market fundamentals in the offshore wind space.

"We are very pleased to announce this contract. Firstly, this contract and
relationship further expands our broad network of reputable counterparties but
also marks Edda Wind's first contract with an EPCI contractor and first job
related to the growing cable laying activity in offshore wind. We look forward
to start this cooperation and the exciting opportunities ahead. Secondly, the
charter contract demonstrates Edda Wind's ability to secure charter contracts
for our newbuilds upon delivery from yard and with this contract, we are fully
booked for all our vessels until end of Q3 2024." says Kenneth Walland, CEO of
Edda Wind.
