Edda Wind ASA: Contract Extension for Edda Mistral

20 December 2022 - Edda Wind has extended the charter agreement with Ørsted for
Edda Mistral for 12 months until end of August 2024

The Service Operation Vessel (SOV) Edda Mistral has operated for Ørsted
(previously: Dong) at Hornsea 1 Offshore Wind Farm since it was built in 2018.
The firm period is expiring end August 2023. Ørsted has declared an option to
extend the contract, in direct continuation, by 12-months until end of August
2024 at a dayrate subject to annual escalation.
