Dataproces welcomes BankInvest as a new institutional investor
Investor news no. 45/2025: BankInvest makes purchase of existing shares from Nordic Data Group ApS
BankInvest makes purchase of 1,492,000 existing shares (corresponding to 4 per cent of the total Dataproces shares) from Nordic Data Group ApS v/Morten Lindblad, one of the founders of Dataproces.
The trade has been completed at a price of 6.70, which reflects the market price for the past week.
BankInvest is a Danish asset manager and provider of mutual funds, investment funds and private equity funds with total assets under management and administration of DKK 187.6 billion as of 30 June 2025. The owners of the parent company BI Holding A/S consist of 39 primarily Danish banks.
CEO of Nordic Data Group ApS, Morten Lindblad, says: "I think it is a healthy sign that institutional investors such as BankInvest want to buy into the company, so I am very happy to contribute to that, as it can also be reconciled with the fact that I keep the majority of my shareholding in Dataproces.
