Kongsberg Gruppen ASA (KONGSBERG) has today sold a total of 27 088 own shares at
a price of NOK 406,85 per share in connection with the long-term incentive
program (LTI) for senior management and key employees. The price has been set in
accordance with the guidelines in the long-term intensive program and based on
the purchase price KONGSBERG achieved in the market. There is a three-year
lock-in period for the shares.
This notification and attached document provide an overview of primary insiders
who have purchased shares through the program.
Shares in the company have been transferred to the following primary insiders on

shares, corresponding to 0.50* % of KONGSBERG's share capital. Out of these 695
555 shares are related to the buy-back of shares for cancelation where the
cancelation of shares will have to be approved by the General Meeting on 11 May
2023.
