<div class="abstract">Collector AB (publ) ("Collector AB") announced on Monday, 7 February 2022, an intention to carry out the intra-group merger in which Collector Bank AB ("Collector Bank") absorbs Collector AB. The Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority has today, Wednesday 20 April, approved and registered the prospectus regarding the merger, which is thus published today. The merger is planned to be completed during the second half of 2022.</div>Collector Bank has prepared a prospectus for the admission to trade the shares of the company in connection with the merger. The prospectus has today been approved and registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. The prospectus is available on Collector's website www.collector.se/en/ as of today and will also be available on the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's website www.fi.se.The joint merger plan produced by the Board of Directors of the companies and the notice convening the Annual General Meeting of Collector AB, which will resolve on the merger plan, are available on Collector's website, www.collector.se/en/.In connection with the planned merger, the existing shareholders in Collector AB will receive the corresponding number of shares in Collector Bank.
