Oslo, 02.04 2025 - Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by
Cloudberry Clean Energy ASA (the "Company") on 28 March 2025 for the issuance of
28,658,555 new shares in the Company (the "Consideration Shares") as partial
settlement in connection with completion of the agreement entered into with
Jørgen Skovgaard Holding Aps.
The share capital increase pertaining to issuance of the Consideration Shares
has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.
The Company's new share capital is NOK 79,326,248, divided into 317,304,992
shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.25.
