It’s true that the clarification of funding is dragging on quite a bit. Regarding that statement from last May, the FDA really complicated things by requiring research for the first-line treatment as well. As long as nothing else is announced, we will believe the content of the latest press release.

I’ll also add my own opinion that what happens virtually here regarding Faron doesn’t necessarily have anything to do with the waters Faron is actually swimming in. Theoretically, there are many risks, scientifically, but commercial matters are negotiable. In those, perhaps emotional turmoil reveals more about the small investor’s uncertainty than the actual market situation. No one knows Faron’s future. There are endless threats and possibilities.

I give up. I would, however, like to remind you of the basics of business economics - the owner always foots the bill - (gets profits if there are any and dividends are distributed). Then, when the owner no longer pays the bills = bankruptcy.

This completely depends on the time horizon and the investor’s patience. If there’s no news about the agreements within 3 months, then in the short term of 6 months, you are undoubtedly right. If one sells then, a loss will likely occur. But what about 10 years from now? 15 years from now? One cannot say yes or no to whether a small investor is a loser in this, because no one has any information about what will happen in the future. Therefore, bringing up such a (even rhetorical) death is mostly the author’s own demons.

Undoubtedly you are factually correct - as previously stated, there is always a price for ‘stuff’. A rhetorical ‘death’ can be a win for some, as described above (e.g., HCM), and then a loss for others (e.g., minority shareholders).
