<div class="abstract">In the framework agreements with Akademiska Hus, one of Sweden's largest property owners, Bravida has been commissioned to carry out installation and service activities for electrical, heating and plumbing infrastructure in Akademiska Hus properties throughout Sweden. The framework agreements involve eleven of Bravida's branches and have a minimum duration of two years, with the option of a subsequent two-year extension.</div>Akademiska Hus owns and runs properties for education, research and innovation in locations from Luleå in the north to Malmö in the south. Bravida's assignment includes both installation and service activities, such as emergency repairs, remedial maintenance, general technical care and supervision. "Over the years, we have had excellent cooperation with Akademiska Hus and we are very happy to continue this collaboration and expand our scope of deliveries to them. Akademiska Hus has high standards regarding sustainability and quality, which is completely in line with our sustainability strategy at Bravida. Among other things, our work will involve reuse, sustainable material choices and energy improvement measures," comments Pontus Magnusson, Bid Manager for national customers at Bravida.
