<div class="abstract">Bravida Finland acquires the company Prosessiautomaatio Oy, thereby expanding its automation services in Raisio. The company has sales of around EUR 2.4 million and employs 10 people.</div>Prosessiautomaatio Oy works with automation and provides services in system installation, system design, maintenance and remote control. The company's office is located in Raisio, near Turku. "We are very pleased to be able to welcome Prosessiautomaatio Oy's employees to Bravida and get more automation professionals in our team. The acquisition supports Bravida's strategy and will increase the share of Bravida's automation business to approximately EUR 20 million in Finland. It is a step in our vision to become the market leader in automation in the Nordic region, which today amounts to approximately EUR 100 million at Group level," comments Marko Holopainen, CEO of Bravida Finland. Janne Seppälä, CEO of Prosessiautomaatio Oy, comments: "As part of Bravida, we will have the opportunity to further improve what we offer our customers.
