<div class="abstract">On April 4, 2024, Region Skåne announced that they are cancelling the framework agreements with Bravida Sverige AB as a result of alleged over-invoicing.</div>Bravida has cooperated and ensured full transparency since Region Skåne initiated an external investigation at the end of 2023. Only today, April 4, has Region Skåne presented its investigation, which Bravida will now analyze internally. "We take the investigation very seriously that Region Skåne presented to us regarding alleged over-invoicing and which led to the decision to cancel framework agreements with Bravida Sverige AB. At Bravida, an action that goes against laws, regulations or Bravida's Code of Conduct is under no circumstances acceptable. All employees at Bravida are expected to live up to Bravida's values and follow our guidelines and the agreements we have with our customers.
