The company is a distributor for several global leading suppliers of technical laboratory equipment, which are sold to both public and private sectors in Finland. The company is located in Nokia, Finland, has 6 employees and a turnover of approximately MEUR 3, with good profitability.</p><p><em>“The acquisition of Labsense enables us to take a step into the interesting niche of laboratory equipment. Labsense has a high level of technical expertise and complement its product offerings with service and maintenance, which creates strong customer loyalty”, s</em>ays Oscar Fredell, Head of Division Industrial Equipment.</p><p><em>”I feel confident to hand over the ownership to Bergman &amp; Beving.
