Beijer Tech as today, May 14, 2025, acquired 100 percent of the shares in Roykon A/S, a Danish supplier of flow components to various industries.

Roykon purchases and stocks a broad range of flanges, couplings, hoses, valves, seals, and other flow components, which are sold to customers across various industries in the Nordic region. The company offers over 40,000 standard products, of which about 17,000 are kept in stock. Roykon is known as a comprehensive supplier with fast delivery times, enabled by automated warehouse management. The company is based in Fredericia, Denmark, with 14 employees and generates approximately DKK 45 million in revenue with good profitability. For further information, please visit the company’s website: www.roykon.dk.

The acquisition is in line with Beijer Alma’s model for value-adding acquisitions and Beijer Tech’s strategy of acquiring profitable companies in attractive niches with good growth potential and high value-add.

Beijer Tech’s President, Staffan Johansson, comments on the transaction: “Roykon represents an attractive platform to broaden Beijer Tech’s offering within fluid technology and increase our geographical presence in Denmark. The company currently exports 20% of its products, but we see an opportunity to increase sales to Norway and Sweden with support from the Lundgrens organization. We are pleased to welcome the company and its employees to Beijer Tech and look forward to continued growth together.”

Roykon’s two daily managers, Klaus Nielsen and Christian Clausen, will continue to be active in the company. They also commented on the transaction: “We welcome Beijer Tech as the company’s new owner. With their long-term perspective and experience from similar companies, we believe they will be a good owner for Roykon’s future development.”

Through the transaction, Beijer Tech acquires 100 percent of the shares in Roykon A/S, with closing taking place today. The company will be part of Beijer Tech’s Fluid Technology business area. The acquisition is expected to have a marginally positive impact on Beijer Alma’s earnings per share.
