Atea Sweden has today entered a new frame agreement with the Swedish Transport
Administration (Trafikverket) for the delivery of software and related
services. The term of the agreement is two years, with a possible extension of
an additional two years. The frame agreement will commence on January 1, 2024.
Estimated sales under this frame agreement are SEK 240 million per year.
Atea Sweden is the sole supplier under this frame agreement. The new frame
agreement will replace a previous frame agreement with Trafikverket on which
Atea was also the sole supplier.
"The market for software and cloud services is evolving rapidly. Customers seek
a partner which can help them manage and capture value from their software
investments," commented Linus Wallin, managing director of Atea Sweden. "Atea
is proud to renew its longstanding relationship with Trafikverket under a new
frame agreement, and our services team is fully committed to support the needs
of the transport administration during the coming years."
