Asmodee begins trading on Nasdaq Stockholm today
The class B shares in Asmodee Group AB (publ) (“Asmodee”), a global leader in tabletop games, begin trading today on Nasdaq Stockholm under ticker symbol ASMDEE.

On 7 January 2025, the Extra General Meeting of Embracer Group AB (publ) (“Embracer”) resolved to distribute all shares of Asmodee to the shareholders of Embracer. Shareholders of Embracer as per the record date of 5 February 2025 have received one (1) share in Asmodee for every share held in Embracer. The total number of outstanding shares in Asmodee is 233,692,028. Asmodee is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm under the ticker symbol ASMDEE.
