Aqua Bio Technology enters into an exclusive distribution agreement for Kuwait for Moana Skincare, Seiðr and Seiðr Clinique
Aqua Bio Technology ASA (ABT) has entered into an exclusive 3 year distribution agreement with Egy-Kuwait Trading Company for the Kuwaiti market. Egy-Kuwait Trading Company was established in 2010 and is a medium-sized company distributing various products to pharmacies, doctors and clinics. Egy-Kuwait Trading Company will focus on the professional market for ABT's skincare brands. The Kuwaiti cosmetics market is the 3rd largest of the GCC markets after Saudi Arabia and UAE.
Moana Skincare currently consists of a portfolio of 19 skincare products, most of which are based on potent extracts from plants found in New Zealand’s unspoiled nature and have been used in traditional medicine by the country’s indigenous people, the Maori, for centuries. All products in the Moana family have been designed and manufactured with up to 95% active ingredients.
Seiðr and Seiðr Clinique currently consists of a portfolio of 29 skincare products, most of which are based on natural ingredients from the Nordics and the northern hemisphere, with the highest quality to ensure unique and effective products. All products in the Seiðr family have been designed and manufactured with about 10x more active ingredients than traditional cosmetics.
Egy-Kuwait Trading Company is assuming the previous registration from Al-Hafez of seven of the thirteen products from the female line of Moana Skincare and will now further assess and start the registration process of additional products in the Moana Skincare line as well as the products in the Seiðr and Seiðr Clinique skincare lines.
