The board of directors of NAXS is pleased to announce its appointment of the board member Børge Johansen as interim CEO, effective June 13.This change follows notification from Nikolai Jebsen that he has accepted a new offer of employment which contractually requires him to resign his posts as interim CEO and as a board member of NAXS. The board accepted Mr. Jebsen's resignations with best wishes for him in his new role.The board thanks Mr. Jebsen for his committed service as interim CEO and for his nearly four years of board service. The board also thanks Mr. Johansen for his willingness to step forward to fill the interim CEO role on short notice, in support of the company's best interests and Mr. Jebsen's new endeavours.Following the above appointment, NAXS management will consist of Mr. Johansen as CEO and Mr. Gösta Lundgren in his longstanding position as CFO.
