<div class="mfn-preamble"><p><strong>Scandinavian Enviro Systems’ (Enviro) Chairman of the board of directors Alf Blomqvist has given notice to the Nomination Committee of Scandinavian Enviro Systems that he is not available for re-election as chairman of the Board of Directors ahead of the Annual General Meeting on June 10</strong><strong><sup>th</sup></strong><strong>.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><table><tbody><tr><td rowspan="1" colspan="1"><br></td></tr><tr><td rowspan="1" colspan="1"><br></td></tr></tbody></table><p>Alf Blomqvist has served as Chairman since January 31, 2018, and has been instrumental in guiding the company through significant growth and development. The Board of Directors expresses its deep gratitude for his dedicated service and leadership.</p><p>“After 8 years as chairman of the board overseeing Enviros transformation from a small, listed start-up to a leading strategic position within circularity for the tire industry, it is time to hand over the baton to a new chairman. The development up to today's leading position has been based on the industrial partnership with Michelin and then the financial partnership with Antin. As we are well on our way of building the first full-scale plant and now seeing the European roll-out getting to a great start, Enviro's ability to industrialize and scale our ambitious plan will be increasingly important.
