AHLSTROM-MUNKSJÖ OYJ STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE February 4, 2021 at 19:30 EETAhlstrom-Munksjö Oyj has today received a notification in accordance with Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act from Bain Capital Investors, LLC, the ultimate controlling entity of Spa Holdings 3 Oy. According to the notification, the shareholding of Spa Holdings 3 Oy in Ahlstrom-Munksjö Oyj has exceeded the threshold of 66⅔ percent (two thirds) on February 4, 2021, to 93,187,929 shares (80.58 percent). Ahlstrom-Munksjö Oyj's registered total number of shares and voting rights of 115,653,315 has been used as the basis of calculation of percentages for the notification.<hl2>Spa (BC) Lux Holdco S.à r.l. owns 55 percent, Ahlstrom Invest B.V. approximately 36 percent and Viknum AB approximately 9 percent of the ordinary shares in Spa Lux Topco S.à r.l.
