Today, Arendals Fossekompani published its Integrated Annual Report for 2022.
The report is compliant with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI).

strategic actions, including acquisitions of energy storage specialist Commeo
and induction charging expert IPT Technology. We continued developing an
advanced technology and industry portfolio that is positioned in high-growth
global megatrends and aligned with global sustainable development goals for
2030," says Lars Peder Fensli, Interim CEO of Arendals Fossekompani.
With the acquisition of Commeo, Arendals Fossekompani established the company
Ampwell, which will combine hardware from Commeo with technology from start-up
Cellect Energy, to build an eco-system for battery technology and a
Battery-as-a-Service business model.
IPT Technology was acquired and grouped with EFD Induction in a company called
Evolgy, now rebranded as ENRX. ENRX combines EFD Induction's global market
leadership in industrial induction heating systems (Heat) with IPT Technology's
leading technology in the high growth market for wireless induction charging
solutions for mobility and industrial applications (Charge).
Today, Arendals Fossekompani also published separate reports on the EU Taxonomy,
Climate-Risk, Carbon Accounting, Human Rights, Activity & Reporting Obligations,

Arendals Fossekompani is calling for an ordinary Annual General Meeting. The AGM
