Closing took place today, July 1, 2025. Addnode Group pays the sellers in cash and newly issued B shares.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>In connection with the closing, the Board of Directors of Addnode Group has resolved to carry out an issue of B shares in Addnode Group to the sellers as part of the payment of the purchase price, under the authorization from Addnode Group's Annual General Meeting. The number of newly issued B shares amounts to 2,024,442, which, calculated after the issue, corresponds to a dilution of 1.48 per cent of the share capital and 1.18 per cent of the voting rights in Addnode Group.
