<p class="prs-announcement__byline">25.2.2025 14:27:38 CET | Per Aarsleff Holding A/S |    Company Announcement</p><p>On 20 January 2025, Per Aarsleff Holding A/S announced that the company had made an agreement to become the main shareholder of ArtiCon P/f by acquiring 80% of the shares.&nbsp;</p><p>The acquisition was subject to the approval from the Faroese competition authorities.
