AAC Clyde Space issues remuneration shares

AAC Clyde Space has issued 29,903 new remuneration shares to the previous owners of Spacemetric AB, as part of an earn-out agreement. The earn-out, which is a stock based compensation conditional on the achievement of specific financial targets, was triggered by Spacemetric meeting its financial targets for 2024. This share issue increases the total number of shares in AAC Clyde Space to 5,921,738.
The earn-out is the first of potentially four earnout issues of remuneration shares to the previous owners of Spacemetric AB.
