<div class="mfn-header mfn-header-denmark"><p>Company Announcement no. 15/2024 (December 12, 2024)</p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>*Contains Inside Information*<br><br>Dear Investors,<br>Trophy Games' financial guidance for 2025 is designed to maintain sustainable growth with bottom-line profitability, ensuring a robust cash position. We continue to ramp up our investment in the Transport Series, introducing one new game launch (Farm Manager) and scaling the newly launched Truck Manager.<br><br>In 2025 we will revisit our already live transport games, which we still believe hold the potential to unlock increased user engagement and monetization. They are still getting a lot of installs. That also means we will be activating less development costs than historically.&nbsp;</p><p>In 2025 activated development costs are budgeted just above 8m while they’re forecasted to be close to 12½m in 2024. This impacts both EBITDA and EBT when comparing 2024 and 2025.<br><br>It's important to note that our 2025 guidance does not account for any potential acquisitions.<br><br><strong>2025 financial guidance:</strong></p><table><tbody><tr><td rowspan="1" colspan="1">Revenue</td><td rowspan="1" colspan="1">DKK 85m - 106m</td></tr><tr><td rowspan="1" colspan="1">EBITDA</td><td rowspan="1" colspan="1">DKK 16m - 20m</td></tr><tr><td rowspan="1" colspan="1">EBT</td><td rowspan="1" colspan="1">DKK 6m - 9m</td></tr></tbody></table><p>Regarding liquidity, Trophy Games is projected to conclude 2024 with approximately DKK 24m in cash and cash equivalents, free of debt.
