In 2015, WindowMaster was acquired by the current majority shareholder and CEO, Erik Boyter, in a management buy-in. Today, the company is a global company with sales subsidiaries in Denmark, Germany, Ireland, Norway, United Kingdom, United States, and Switzerland. The company has been listed at Nasdaq First North in Denmark since October 2020.

This morning, WindowMaster announced a new contract involving the refurbishment of ‘Skolen på Islands Brygge’, which is a Copenhagen school that is undergoing a comprehensive energy renovation.

This morning, WindowMaster announced a new contract involving the refurbishment of &lsquo;Skolen p&aring; Islands Brygge&rsquo;, which is a Copenhagen school that is undergoing a comprehensive energy renovation.
The contract includes the supply and commissioning of WindowMaster&rsquo;s cloud-based control system for natural ventilation and facade automation, NV Embedded&reg;.&nbsp;
WindowMaster will also provide and commission the project with a Building Management System that handles ongoing project management, commissioning, and system phasing-in. Additionally, WindowMaster will deliver approx. 250 WMX 814-1 0400S chain actuators with TrueSpeed&trade; technology. 
WindowMaster announces sales contracts when these are above DKK 1 million.
