Qlife - wrap up latest news&nbsp;
The company carried out a rights issue back in May 2023 with gross proceeds of SEK 57,7 mio. Last week their announced a convertible loan agreement of SEK 4,6 mio. Qlife have by that secured financing for 2023. On the cost side they announced back in June 2023 the termination of lease agreement for the Lab- and Headquarter in Ballerup with full impact from 1st. of November 2023 and a value of SEK 7,3 mio.

To further speed up the revenue, Qlife launched an open system called "Egoo Innovate". They presented this concept on the AACC (American Association for Clinical Chemistry) in Anaheim California the 23-27 of July. With Egoo Innovate - Hospital labs, CRO's and Pharma companies can test their biomarkers on the Egoo System to facilitate "At Home Testing". Senior management attended the conference in USA.
