Denne partneraftale indeholder bl.a. en upfront betaling p&#xe5; USD 350 mio. Selskabet &#xf8;nsker nu at f&#xe5; ejernes accept for udbetaling af en ekstraordin&#xe6;rt udbytte p&#xe5; DKK 1.000 mio eller cirka 61,2 DKK/aktie.
