Copenhagen Capital is an investment company. The largest share of investments is found in the real estate sector, both through direct and indirect ownership, where the portfolio consists of commercial properties and residential properties. The vision is to drive each investment in the long term to generate shareholder value. The company was founded in 2008 under the name KlimaInvest and is headquartered in Hellerup.

Med baggrund i det netop offentliggjorte 2024 resultater, afholdt vi i dag en præsentation med direktør Rasmus Greis efterfulgt af en Q&A session. Fokus var rettet 2024 resultater, men også en gennemgang af investeringscasen i det københavnske ejendomsmarked, samt hvad der skal drive målsætningerne om at næsten fordoble indtjeningen frem imod 2028
