Columbus: Focus returns to transformation process after completion of the strategic review

Today, Columbus announced that the strategic review has been completed. The company's Board of Directors concluded that an obtainable premium from a potential ownership change of the company was not at a satisfactory level due to the volatility in global financial markets from the increased macroeconomic uncertainty.
However, Columbus highlights that the current uncertainty and slowdown in M&A transactions also provide acquisition opportunities for the company, which is also a part of the company’s strategy, ‘New Heights’. Potential acquisitions can support the company’s growth opportunities and margin improvement plan as outlined in the EBITDA15 program. Moreover, Columbus also highlights in today's announcement that the introduction of the agentic workforce is a significant growth driver in the coming years.
