September transferred all his 172,841,799 shares in Saga Pure ASA (SAGA) (the Company) (corresponding to 30.066% of the shares and voting rights), and all his shares in Ferncliff Holding AS, which indirectly owns 206,210,055 shares in the Company, including shares allotted in the private placement completed 27 August 2025 (corresponding to 35.870% of the shares and voting rights) through the 100% controlled subsidiary Tycoon Industrier AS, which again is 100% owned by Ferncliff TIH AS (and 100% owned by Ferncliff Holding AS), as equal (50/50) gifts to Sss AS and Jss Capital Management AS, owned by Sophie Stray Spetalen and Jenny Stray Spetalen, respectively.Following the gifts made 1.
