Stockholm - February 7, 2024MyFirstApp has entered into a strategic collaboration agreement with IR-Partner AB. In accordance with the board's prior authorization, the company has decided to compensate the new collaboration partner through a directed offset issue. This decision was made to avoid impacting the company's liquidity. The company has intensified its marketing efforts to directly reach the end-users of its products. Through the partnership with IR-Partner AB, MyFirstApp will be able to enhance its communication with both existing and potential shareholders.As compensation for the collaboration, the agreement has established a payment consisting of 160,000 shares in a directed offset issue with a subscription price of 2.50 SEK per share with a par value of 0.139 kronor per share, corresponding to a total value of 400,000 SEK. This will increase the company's total number of shares from 3,609,299 to 3,769,299. The company's share capital will increase by 22,164.969 SEK, to a total of 522,164.969 SEK. &nbsp;
