Raute Corporation has received a notification from Göran Wilhelm Sundholm on April 3, 2023, in accordance with the Finnish Securities Market Act Chapter 9, Section 5. According to the notification, the total voting rights of shares held in Raute Corporation by Göran Wilhelm Sundholm exceeded the level of 10% as a result of the combination of Raute Corporation's share classes and amendment of Articles of Association registered on April 3, 2023.
The number of voting rights of Göran Wilhelm Sundholm's shares in Raute Corporation is 500000, which increased to represent 11.73 % of all voting rights carried by Raute Corporation's shares.

As a result of an amendment to the Company's Articles of Association registered on 3 April 2023, the company has only one series of shares ("Combination of Share Classes"). In connection with the Combination of Share Classes, the previous ordinary shares have been converted to shares in the only share class. After the Combination of Share Classes, all shares of the company are of the same class and carry equal rights in the company, including one (1) vote in the General Meetings. The flagging notification relates to the fact that, as a result of the conversion of ordinary shares, the votes carried by the company's shares are divided in a new way, increasing the share of voting rights carried by the shares above the 10 % flagging threshold.
